Albany High School Chorale
Unanimous Superior, highest possible rating (S/S/S/S)

The CMEA Area Choral Festival is an annual event where all choirs across California perform, get feedback, and receive ratings; these marks, or scores, determine how the Albany Choirs fare against singers all across California (think of it as the STAR or SAT for singing).

An Excellent Rating is a score of 80-89; a Superior Rating is a score of 90-100. All ensembles received three scores, and the composite is a combination of all three. Chorale’s Unanimous Superior comes from their sight-reading component, which was also performed at a Superior Level.

Congratulations once again for a terrific weekend of performance!
